• Completion of the following documentation:
  • A dive medical questionnaire (a physician’s signature is required if medical concerns arise).
  • A liability release form.
  • A safe diving practices agreement.
• Swimming competency, demonstrated by:
  • Treading water for 10 minutes.
  • Swimming 200 meters or 200 yards without a time limit.

All required forms will be accessible through your RAID online profile upon registration, ensuring a smooth start to your journey.

What Will You Learn?

The Junior Open Water Diver course is structured into three dynamic phases to build your confidence and skills step by step:
